Science After Dark: “Sharks”

The 2014/2015 Science After Dark season closed this evening with “Life of a Shark” at the SLO Children’s Museum. Diana Barnhart, 2006 California Teacher of the Year, led the presentation. About 50 children and their adults turned out to pack the place. Questions were asked of Diana, private eyes investigated skin with Lola, shark dinner was served up by Bette, and the “one drop” smell-a-thon with Jahana and Georgia captivated the curious crowd. The Children’s Museum folks helped to make sure all ran smoothly with big smiles and eager assistance. More photos…
