YIKES! Don’t Bug Out – Family Science After Dark, May 16th

The Central Coast STEM Collaborative (CCSTEM) concludes its informal, educational lecture series “Science After Dark” at 6:30pm, May 16th, at the SLO Children’s Museum in San Luis Obispo. The Morro Bay National Estuary Project joins Cal Poly Future Teachers for a fun, family-friendly, hands-on experience with some of the most interesting and diverse arthropods…insects! Learn about insects that live in the watershed and in your own backyard. See them up close and personal through microscopes, find out why termites follow certain trails, build an insect, and so much more.
