Teachers will be equipped to challenge young innovators and entrepreneurs to make, improve, and repurpose new inventions from expired patents, inventions, and designs. Courses will be conducted by USPTO experts, representatives from other federal government agencies, National Science Foundation-funded researchers and inventors.
