Fosterville (AP) - "Railroad Widow" Ms. Lynnhouse declared today that railroading has taken over her home in Fosterville. "There's not a room that doesn't have trains in it for Christmas," she declared.
Pictured at left is the dining room Christmas tree with a G-scale "local limited" carrying holiday travelers to their destinations.

At right, the Hogwart Express of Harry Potter fame (in HO scale) travels beneath the pinball machine in the front room. In the background is an old railroad trunk with new-fangled stereo equipment on top.

At left is pictured the hallway portion of the railroad collection with recently installed glass doors. Behind those doors are much of the PB&J Railroad rolling stock along with an HO Zenith train (middle shelf left, headed at right by a red/yellow diesel and with a red/yellow caboose), and some N-scale Southern Pacific equipment (in front of the Zenith train on the same shelf). On the counter is the PB&J Railroad's 0-4-0 along with a few of the 12-inches-to-the-foot items in the PB&J Railroad collection: caboose lamps (2 yellow at left), a Pennsylvania Railroad (PRR) engine torch (next to the caboose lamps), a PRR locomotive plate (replica of No. 1361, leaning on the wall at right), a carbide lamp, and a Baldwin Locomotive builder's plate (replica Mikado plate, flat on the counter, the type operated by the Santa Maria Valley Railroad).
