7.5: To the Driveway 06/18/06

It was a big Father's Day on the PB&J. While Trevor worked in the kitchen all afternoon making the world's best spaghetti sauce, Jamie and Bob joined 120 feet of rail getting the railhead to the driveweay!

...while Sam played trains.

That's not exactly where the 7.5" track will actually go. It will cut across the grass to hit the driveway where it's the flattest.

Pictured in the lower left is the spot (roughly) of the 7.5"/G-scale crossover.

Well, we did pause now and then to solve world problems.

That's Robob in the distance continuing his ballasting duties. And to the left of the lower branches of the bright green tree is the 7.5"/G-scale crossover point.

Bob drills rail for joining.

All agree it's looking pretty good.
