7.5: Ties and Lights

A shipment of material arrived today from RMI Railworks (Roll Models, Inc., Fresno, CA): switch, track segments on steel ties (to go across the driveway), and rail. This evening's project was putting guides on the last remaining couple hundred ties from the original 1200 ties delivered last summer.
Quite the stack of prepped ties on the bench.
We delivered the ties and some drilled rail to the railhead, pushing toward the terraced wall in the front yard.
Over the weekend, we installed some ropelighting up inside the trellis structure.
Caught the sliver of the moon...
