April 17, 2013 TV Commercial Shoot - Day One "Would Serafina like to be in a TV commercial?" Seemed like an innocent enough question. And the next thing you know we're headed for an on-location shoot along Highway 46 just inland from Highway One. It's a commercial for Coast Hills Federal Credit Union. Here's the story line... Grandma and Grandpa are on their way to the beach in their car (filmed near San Simeon), as are Mom and kids in their car (our shoot here). They'll be joining up with surfer Dad at the beach (tomorrow's shoot). "Brother and sister" getting to know each other. That's "TV Mom and son" on the right. On location... Beautiful country for "hurry up and wait". Wardrobe! Gotta get that windshield clean. Touchup on the makeup, and some last-minute instructions from the director. OK, let's load up the family!
