Christmas in Sedona, Arizona

Bell Rock, a landmark in Sedona.

We jumped out of the car at the Grand Canyon and got this picture at sunset.

Grand Canyon Railway Station.

Lynn, Vicki and Jay, and "Leroy" (our bus driver).

We stayed at the El Tovar Hotel at the rim of the Canyon.

We rode the dome car to and from Williams.

The Grand Canyon Railroad motive power with the El Tovar Hotel in the background.

Back at the station in Williams that night.

The view from our home away from home in Sedona.

Prepping to build the gingerbread train.

The Sedona Railroaders had a holiday display in the Basha center.

It was freezing outside.

The gingerbread train is nearly complete.

The Resgusci family at Tlaquepaque (a shopping area, pronounced ta-la-ka-pa-kee).

Red Rock Fantasy light displays.

Matteo the Snowman was a jolly happy soul.

Moonset at sunrise from the "treehouse" bedroom. The "treehouse" is the guest house where Lynn and Jamie stayed. The rest of the family was in the main house, with similarly impressive views.

On a hike down the hill from the house.

We found some of the best jewelry at the Dairy Queen just north of Sedona.

The "whole fish" special at the Barking Frog for Christmas Eve dinner.

Away in a manger...

The stockings were hung by the chimney with care...

The cookies and milk are for Santa, of course.
