Application Example: How to use GO₂^TM on Raw Shrimp

Process Description

• Washing water contains a dosage of 5-10 ppm GO₂^TM solution
• During sizing and peeling, washing with 2-3 ppm GO₂^TM solution
• Final rinse 0.2 to 0.5 ppm GO₂^TM solution
• Freezing
