Atascadero Charles Paddock Zoo Summer Camp .
For 2013: The Charles Paddock Zoo offers campers of all ages the opportunity to explore wildlife and wild places in fun and exciting ways. Camp begins June 10th, 2013, so sign up now. Visit the Charles Paddock Zoo’s Facebook page for all camp topics and links to get enrolled. Campers will enjoy hands-on activities, animal visits, games, interactions with the zookeepers, make cool treats for the animals and more! All campers receive a special Zoo Camp shirt and snacks. New for 2013, the Zoo is offering a separate camp for each age group. So, your preschoolers, six to eight year olds and nine to twelve year olds get individual and unique attention during the educational and adventurous camps. Your Friends of the Charles Paddock Zoo Membership gets you a $5 discount on ALL camps!

Cal Poly San Luis Obispo Engineering Possibilities in College (EPIC) .
EPIC is a fun-filled summer camp that teaches middle and high school students what engineering is and what the various types of engineering are. Students learn that engineering is all about helping people and making our world better. EPIC is open to those going into 7th – 12th grade in the Fall.

In its 30th year of operation in 2013, Sciensational Workshops for Kids and Cuesta College offer hands-on education and fun through a variety of science enrichment programs! 4-day science summer camps for age’s 6-11, 7-12, and 8-12 in paleontology, robotics, forensics, chemistry, & more! Camps are available at both Cuesta College North County and San Luis Obispo campuses. Enrollment must reach a minimum of 9 students 7 working days before the start of the particular camp.

Tech Trek is a science and math camp designed to develop interest, excitement, and self-confidence in young women who will enter eighth grade in the fall. Featuring hands-on activities in math, science, and related fields. All sleeping, eating, instructional, and recreational facilities are located on a university campus where camps are held.
