Or, “The Science and Romance of Diamonds”. What better way to celebrate Valentine’s Day than with a celebration of diamonds, featuring gemologist Jamie Foster. Ask any bride, well, practically any bride, the wedding story better begin with something that actually comes from a great deal of heat and pressure – a diamond, just like a long-lasting marriage. Let’s go to great depths to find out where diamonds come from, open our eyes to all the colors of the rainbow, look up to out-of-this-world diamond beauties. We’ll include a dash of history and lore. It will be an ode to diamonds and all things pure, pure science, that is. You’ll have to provide the romance on your own time.

Cost: $30.00, all inclusive, choice of entrée: prime rib, salmon, or chicken fettuccini (may be made vegetarian). Dinner includes Caesar salad, bread, choice of coffee, tea or soda, and red velvet cake for dessert.
